(PAYG) Caller still hears ringing when I have no signal or phone is off

Before it said not available or similar can't remeber exactly, this started after I increased the ring time (previously it was 15 seconds) to 60 seconds, seems pointless it ringing when phone is off and also makes people think I'm deliberately ignoring them , any way to fix this?

What happens when you go to listen to your O2 voicemails, @itsmeee? And when you call your mobile from a landline and go into voicemail?

Voicemail is turned off, I don't want it.

You could have had it all sorted (possibly) by now, by just calling o2 on 4445 and getting them to check things...

Use Facebook or Instagram to speak to them, that then removes the lost in translation issues...
