    <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened to me and I was stuck without a sim for about 6 weeks because 2 esims didn’t work so I picked up a physical one in store and they activated it to my number which worked for a Day then blocked again b in the end I had to call everyday and nothing was resolved until I went back to store to try a physical sim again. Loads of people have issues with esims.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have requested an eSim, but have not received instructions how to use it.&amp;nbsp; Also I am unable to connect to the data network as it seems to have been disabled, so am unable to call O2 for support.&amp;nbsp; Im not sure what to do next.&amp;nbsp; The Live Chat on your website is not working.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M Pigott&lt;/P&gt;</description>
