      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please, please can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted 02 directly and no one seems to be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an LG ThinQ phone. It is network locked to O2. I have no O2 SIM as it was my father's phone, who died in 2019. My 10 year old would like to use the phone as his first one. I have bought him a new SIM (not O2) and can not get it to work as it just always says network locked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to 6 different people and departments at O2 and everyone is struggling to unlock it.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying for 3 weeks now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, please can anyone help??? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
