I’m trying to log in to my outlook email outside the UK and can’t receive sms verification code from my IPhone. Can you please help

There is nothing we can do on this customer to customer community, one thing to note is that final delivery of the SMS verification code is down to the roaming network you are connected to, so try changing the network you are connected to,.

It might also be worth checking in with Microsoft Support to see if the messages have actually been sent also you should have the option to have the code sent to an email address...

You need to speak to Microsoft Support, and ask them to check the account. Bare in mind there are service issues at the moment affecting MS services.

Also OTP's are not guaranteed delivery just like all SMS

I've had to liaise with Microsoft all morning and the OTP doesn't arrive.

Click on the resend code link again and it always worked for me the second time
