    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this annoyingly &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5742083"&gt;@ST1968&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone switches to no connection, connected with no Internet!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I manually reset to wifi from my settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't have this a while back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a Samsung&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However follow advice from &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well worth that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am having issues with a relatives internet as my phone is saying `Connected without internet` however this wasn't the issue 48hrs previously at the same address, can you advise please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed the advice on the phone i.e.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connections &amp;gt; Wi-Fi&amp;gt; Intelligent Wi-Fi &amp;gt; Switch to mobile data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5742083"&gt;@ST1968&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It means there is no data being received from the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If connected to wifi (i assume) try rebooting the wifi router or check if anything else is working from it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
