      <title>No service on new sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new sim with o2 since i needed more data, but i wanted to keep my old number. So i was on the phone with tech support and they&amp;nbsp; transferred my existing number over to 02. This has been completed since the new number now shows on my new tarrif or plan (In the My 02 app) During the process on the phone the person said the line will go dead and he will call me back once i install the new sim into the phone, he never called me back. Since then i tried to activate the new sim since the number has been transfered without and luck, ive waited 24 hours plus. Now im not recieving any texts to my old sim and the new one has no service. Maybe someone can see where i went wrong and offer some advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
