<title>topic eSIM and physical sim issue in Tech Support</title>
    <link>https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Tech-Support/eSIM-and-physical-sim-issue/m-p/1804794#M57675</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have just ordered a new phone for my daughter’s birthday which comes with an eSIM. I have not given it to her yet, or activated anything but her physical sim has stopped working. Can she keep using the physical sim until I give her the new phone in 2 weeks?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
