I was recently incarcerated for a driving offence around 5 months ago during this time my sim only contract was cancelled, how can I retrieve the mobile number I had on there i have owned this number for years and need this number for my business and I had it transferred in to o2

You'll need to clear any outstanding debt first.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
