topic All Incoming Calls are Private Number in Tech Support

I have joined O2 and ported over my Vodafone number which wasn't completely plain sailing as the form online didn't work so I had to contact O2 directly and then for a few hours I had 2 active sims with the same number which was odd! My issue now is that all incoming calls are displayed as "Private Number".

From looking back, I can see this has been raised a few times but can't find any recent posts. I have logged it with O2 through Messenger who took me through the usual of resetting the network settings, cleaning the sim card etc and they have now passed it through to their "office team". I'm hoping they are helpful but not that confident from what I've seen.

What is the general fix for this now that I need to push for? Is it still the CLI Presentation Facility bolt on?
