Free 10GB data not added

I received a text from O2 on Saturday saying "Renew before 21/07/25 and we'll add an extra 10GB of data to use over 30 days". I topped up today and renewed my £5 Big Bundle, and 10 hours later this data has still not been added.

It takes 5 to 7 days to be added.

It may also be "virtual" credit in that it doesn't show on your balance but will be used before your normal allowance.

But @MI5 and @pgn, the £5 Big Bundle does not have any "normal allowance" or "purchased data for the month" :-

Obviously fully aware of that, thanks, however, as O2 sent the text they are obviously offering it, possibly as a tempter for users to increase their bundles in the future.

So in your case I doubt you will get any data
