      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the original post is a year old&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you follow the terms and conditions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to make a chargeable call once every six months at a minimum&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only accuracy around the 8 week thing is that the complaint can be escalated after 8 weeks if not resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's all covered in the response from O2 when a complaint is logged so pointless to keep on spewing the same rhetoric.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
