I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max on IOS 18.5. For the last two weeks I have not been able to receive incoming call information. No number shown and "No Caller ID" shown on all incoming calls.

I have been in discussion with Apple who, after many tests, adjustments and checks, have told me it is a network issue with O2 and requires them to "Re-provision my account", whatever that means!!

As you can imagine with all the scam calls and bot calls, not having caller ID and numbers shown, makes life frustrating to say the least.

I have spoken to a human at O2 and a ticket has been raised but as yet no result....

Have any others out there had a similar experience with O2 ?? I welcome comment. Regards. Chris
