      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m out in Australia, Can’t make/receive calls. I need to contact a relative as a family matter has occurred- I have tried a local eSIM- still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5825394"&gt;@Spock&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If the local sim you purchased isn't working that's not an O2 issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the family member in the UK you're trying to contact has WhatsApp you can try calling over a Wi-Fi connection, which would be free. Alternatively, you could try contacting them using Facebook Messenger, which wouldn't require either of you to use a phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
