I'm leaving o2 on Friday 4th July, why has my calls and text stopped working today?

Have you submitted your PAC, if moving your number to your new carrier, already?

explains the process, wrt moving to O2 from another provider, but same principle applies.

Have you rebooted the phone if the PAC thing is not in the picture?

Thanks,I'm waiting for my new sim to arrive as my phone will not accept an e-sim,the change over is supposedly arranged for Friday 4th July
