    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5823978"&gt;@Sc17&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would in the first instance try a new sim and the best bet is to pop to your local o2 store with photo ID and they can do a sim swap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It might also be worth trying another o2 sim in your phone / your o2 sim in another phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
