Hi I've received a text from 02 saying " just letting you know your NC09A19864 will expire on 02/07/2025 "I've no idea at all what this means. So can anyone enlighten me please?

We’re told these codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store. The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

So, unless you wish to buy a new S24, it's totally irrelevant. 👍
