In settings it's showing as being connected but the wifi symbol on the Home Screen is not there. I have no issues with any other device connecting to my wifi. I have tried all of the steps in the help section (turning the phone on &amp; off, restarting wifi, checking settings) &amp; nothing is working. My data when on is switching between 3G/4G/E.
