      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve recently got a new iPhone and E-SIM plan from o2, I can’t access the app cos I can’t get through security. I think I have typed my number in wrong when setting up the account so I don’t receive any codes. I’ve called multiple times, explained that I can’t access my app cos my numbers wrong and I haven’t activated my E-SIM &amp;nbsp;They say I can’t change my number cos I can’t do it through email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and they hang up!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m so stuck can anyone help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
