    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are a community of customers here so can't advise on that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manually search for another network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure 4G calling is on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn off 5g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk" if using an iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do this via social mediaIf you message O2 on Facebook ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;X Twitter ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or Instagram ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;) , they should be able to help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Roaming issues!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Landed in Kos, Greece on the 8th June 2025. Plane landed, turned my data back on and roaming. Within a few minutes I received a text from O2 stating I had access to my data etc etc just like normal. Since the 13th June my 5g signal has completely cut off and I have no access to any form of signal/data. I haven’t touched any settings it just stopped working. Does anyone know why this is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
