    <description>&lt;P&gt;I live around the Ashton Lane ends in Preston, we have had very poor service in this area for over 12 months now all I get told in the shop is that they are upgrading the network and it will improve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When is this going to happen, the O2 web site suggests we should have good indoors and outdoor service this is not happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
