Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy A20e. Recently been getting lines on screen. It now has a blank screen although very occassionally when I press the button up pops my home screen for a few seconds. Local O2 shop shut and can't find a telephone number to ring for help. Is this the right forum to get help?

Hi @Lyn96

Turn the phone off and back on again.

If that doesn't work then press and hold the Power button and the Volume button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

You should feel it vibrate and then restart...
