      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3536496"&gt;@Emma71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It could be your phone, the sim or a network issue in your local area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the network status by putting your postcode here &lt;A href="https://status.o2.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;https://status.o2.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried putting the sim in a different phone and seeing if the issue is still there..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might also be worth getting a replacement sim from your local o2 store, take Photo ID and they can do a sim swap there and then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also worth worth trying another sim in your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also look at these guides&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?" id="Guide018"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
