Virginmedia o2 mobile number not showing on account

I have a mobile number through virgin media o2 and it does not show up on my account.

I get a text every month with a bill for £9.80 and when I follow the link to my o2 account the number that I pay monthly for is not showing on the account.

Two pay as you go numbers that I have are showing but not the number that I pay monthly for .

Can you help me please.
