      <description>&lt;P&gt;I caused a complaint 7 days after I renewed as the open website stikk gave me there's been an error message. They gave me £100 compensation but couldn't add my discount. Seems like o2 dont want you to have any discount&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
