Hi. I have to send my iPhone for repair everything is booked and ready to send only issue is that I don’t have a returns label to put on the package. However the return address is on my email. Would it be acceptable to write the return address on the package or do I need an actual label and if so how would I get one? Thanks in advance.

@Annie6 If you've booked your phone for repair O2 will send you a jiffy bag with a label for return already on it. It's best to wait to receive that. As today (Monday) is a Bank Holiday, you can't send it back today anyway. You will probably receive the bag from O2 in the post on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you haven't had it by then, call customer service and request it. <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"></LI-PRODUCT>

When you send it back, make sure you get a receipt and tracking number.
