No PAC needed as it is a migration

They will need to take out an account on a temporary number. Then you can arrange for the original number to be ported across

Both parties need to be available on the phone when requesting

<LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Migration & porting into O2" id="Guide061"></LI-PRODUCT>

Hope this makes sense !

TIA
