I read a similar problem on this forum and tried to explain that they needed to activate iData but they said they couldn't. Please please can someone help. I can't face phoning O2 for a fourth time and for another hour..... *crying*&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Without that you won't get things like Visual voicemail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24643"&gt;@MI5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;advice re social media (see links in their post) is probably the best bet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
