    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For past 5 days I don’t have o2 network and it’s affecting only me. I’m not able to make calls, send messages etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Airplane on and off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switching mobile off and on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting the network settings etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing helps. Can anyone please advise on what can be done please. Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If O2 is shown, then phone, SIM or account could all potentially be the cause.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
