      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new phone and sim it has been working now all of a sudden have no signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the area and all ok.&amp;nbsp; My colleague at work is also on 02 and her signal is fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
