I'm getting free texts from 02 about missed calls. I want to stop the texts as I've noticed the numbers I've blocked are showing as missed call.

Please can the text be stopped.

If you want to stop text notifications, you have to call O2, as they need access to your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I want to stop o2 sending me text messages while I’m asleep about my bill today it was 2:47am it’s been going on months o2 customer service is useless and treat me like a piece of dirt I’ve had enough I will never buy through o2 ever again because of there lack of customer service.

Don’t contact o2 I’ve have many times in double figures they couldn’t care less they don’t care and don’t fix anything

I very much doubt that the average adviser has the knowledge to alter text timing

The only calls and text that would alert me at night are from family and one or two chosen people.

Use your phone settings, Google and Apple have gone to great lengths to make that possible
