    <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is PUK locked. I can't log into MyO2 account as they still need to verify your phone by sending a code. (Isn't that a smart advice to log into your My02 account if your phone is locked?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Virtual assistant not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't call customer services from another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no O2 shop near me (the nearest is one hour away).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What shall I do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2409934"&gt;@IO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unblock-your-phone" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unblock-your-phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which is sometimes a bit flaky, so if you can borrow a phone, the Automated call line also works for PUK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Top tip for all, save your PUK somewhere safe whilst you can get it, in case of emergencies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
