Requested STAC code by mistake

I was trying to cancel the contract for my iPad which is on sky. And I requested a STAC code but seem to have requested it for my mobile device which is O2 but as iPad and phone number were linked I think the STAC request came through for my mobile number which I don’t want to cancel.
I will have to phone sky regarding my iPad but how do I go about cancelling the STAC request for my O2 mobile phone number?

You don't have to cancel. Just don't use it.

You can contact O2 if you wish,using any method in this guide
