      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to cancel the contract for my iPad which is on sky. And I requested a STAC code but seem to have requested it for my mobile device which is O2 but as iPad and phone number were linked I think the STAC request came through for my mobile number which I don’t want to cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I will have to phone sky regarding my iPad but how do I go about cancelling the STAC request for my O2 mobile phone number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
