    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to access data and having poor network in E14, Canary Wharf area since one month. Not able to do access the internet or do a WhatsApp video call. Also unable to do a normal call as there is poor network where I work. This was not before and just started a month before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
