      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends. If it is PAYG and has just lapsed you might&amp;nbsp; if it's been a while then no.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact O2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going by you username I assume you may be in Australia. Just to warn you that since the closure of 3G by the networks O2 PAYG no longer will work there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help &amp;amp;amp; contact O2" id="Guide058"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
