No 4G

Lived at our current address for 4 months. I have had no issues with 4g network access in all that time. I can actually see the mast from my bedroom window. It's not even a quarter of a mile away.

Today no 4g. It was fine when I went across town. This suggests a local network issue but there are no outages reported. Help!

Thanks for that, but i tried all of that before posting. I only came here because the support pages told me to come here. Fortunately it has been working the last 20 minutes so we're all good. Thanks.

Love the way they send people here to see if us customers can sort things out
