I had to change my phone number due to being hacked but now nothing works I can't get into my account cos they send a text for confirmation.

Are they sending me another sim card or is there something I can do to activate the current sim with the new number

Alternatively, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll be able to help. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

If your sim isn't working, you can download and use Skype to call O2 on any of the 0800 numbers for free.
