      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Samsung S7 battery is failing to charge, so I have ordered a replacement smartphone on-line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a reconditioned Samsung S8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inserted my O2 SIM and I get the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM network PIN blocked &amp;nbsp; Enter SIM network PUK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent nearly on hour on phone to O2 Customer Services, they gave me an 8 digit code which was unsuccessful, then another 8 digit code which was also unsuccessful, followed by two obvious 4 digit codes. Also, unsuccessful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It will also now require a NUK as you've tried the wrong code too many times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Five according to Samsung, but it looks like you will need the aforementioned&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;NUK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I mentioned you may be best paying and getting it unlocked at one of the many repair shops that offer unlocking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you will need to find the original network that locked the phone and they may have their own restrictions on who can get it unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only Samsung can provide the NUK and needs to be requested through the network that locked the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
