Sim Network Pin Blocked - Enter Sim Network PUK

recently upgraded from samsung J3 to Iphone and put my O2 sim in it - everything fine

Because I work in France i decided to use the J3 as my overseas phone and bought an Orange Sim card for it. I didnt realise that the J3 was locked and instead of unlocking it with an unlock code for the IMEI I used the Code given to me by Orange.

The Unlock code will not now work and the PUK and PUK2 code supplied by O2 will not work either

Phone says: SIM Network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK

Have i now permanently locked it or can it still be retreived so i can use it

Any help would be appreciated

Yes it's now hardlocked and you'll need an MCK code to unlock it.

@Martin-O2 should be able to help you.
