Hi,

I lost my phone and after a torturous route I got my phone bar set.

I have claimed a new phone via y insurance m question is: How d o I get my old number transfered to the new phone and how do I get a replacement sim?

You should have been sent one when you reported the loss.

You can go in store with photo ID to get one or ask O2 to send one.

Did you report it lost to O2. They then should send a new SIM with the same number
