I’m having difficulty setting up the cellular function on my Apple Watch and was shown told to call 202 and reference the code 03.

When I called they said that O2 is unable to create an airtime plan for watches purchased outside of O2, however I found that this is simply because they don’t want to deal with server issues. I saw some other posts with difference reference codes and their meaning but 03 didn’t appear in any of them. Has anybody experienced something similar or know a solution?

UPDATE

I believe reference code: 03 is linked to location verification. I have a VPN and an app that tracks my phone usage. When I turned both off and turned on mobile data to complete the process it worked! Initially it loaded a blank screen but when I retried the next day, the airtime plan for AW appeared instead of the blank screen and I added it to my O2 account quite easily. Thanks for all the help!

Well done on finding that out

O2 wouldn't have had a clue about it. Indeed I'm not sure anyone here woild have had a clue.
