      <title>Problems porting in number.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to port in my number from SKY to O2. It keeps failing with the following error&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Phone Number is in inappropriate state (Soft-reserved)". O2 has escalated it to the porting expert team.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Don't have a clue what this means. Anyone have any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Porting in 3 numbers. 2 of them went through fine. It's just the one that's causing problems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been almost 7 weeks now and number still not ported over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email this morning that I can cancel without facing any termination charges due to them changing the terms and conditions of my contract so I decided to cancel and leave O2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
