      <title>No phone. No help on helpline.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a phone on 1st December for click and collect. It is now the 6th December. It was due on the 3rd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the helpline. The first time they assured me it was in transit (which is what my orders says).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called again today and the helpline operator said it was "mangled in the system" and she would "contact the back office" who would "action a reorder" and she would call me back. She never called me back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else heard such nonsense or help me unscramble what any of it means, and more importantly : will I ever receive my phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
