Hi I need some help.

I had my phone stolen in Paris. I have reported it to 02 and got a replacement sim.

The replacement sim isnt working and i cant call anyone and i cannot find the live chat option.

I cannot action help, my partner is in Fiji for work and i am looking after my son with no active phone number
