Hi, I've recently upgraded my sim plan which included changing to eSim because I thought my phone was compatible, it was not and now my old sim has been deactivated. Can't call O2 support, live chat keeps telling me to call support, can't login to the O2 app without receiving a text message. Where do I go from here to contact O2 and rectify this? Thanks
