Iphone stuck on update screen

Updated my iphone 16 via itunes around 20:00 last night and i have a screen with the apple logo and a bar underneath which the bar has not moved at all i have tried the hold the button suggestion queries i have also tried the youtube videos but nothing i mean nothing can get this phone to restart again it is so frustrating as i have only had the phone less than 2 weeks any ideas? its now been 18 hours its supposedly been updating and i have never had this issue once on an iphone

Pres vol up then vol down then hold the power button.

Should reset so you can restart the setup routine.

You should update the software over wifi if possible.
