Hello

Bought the flagship phone in July, had no issues, phone covered in a protective case since I got it, absolutely no damage on the phone, never dropped/scratched, and all of a sudden the battery decided to stop working. The screen is showing that the phone is charging, yet is stuck on 0%, tried different cables, various sockets, powerbanks and laptop but no matter how long it is connected for, it never reaches even 1% battery life. Seems like manufacturer's fault. Is there anything you can do for me?
