Ported eSim can make calls but not receive them or send text messages

Hi,

I have ported my old number from EE, and I can make calls from the new sim fine, but I cannot receive calls or text messages. They are still coming through to the old sim.

What can I do?

If the number port is happening today @charkmee then it probably hasn't completed yet.

There are several parts to a port, and they don't all go at once.

Keep rebooting the phone. It might take a couple of days for it to all settle down.
