International calls

I use planet numbers for cheap international calls and have used them for a long time with no problems on my previous Doro mobile phone .But on the TTFone 970 i am unable to connect through to my internatinal calls .

Example ,when using my previous mobile i dialed planet numbers number they give me the time i have and money i have left in my aaccount , then ask me to dial the number i wish to call , and i am connected instantly.

But with the TTFone 970 , i have no problem calling planet number , but when i am asked to enter the internatiol number my phone switches to a page full of numers and text letters , and just a spave above to type in the international number which i do in the correct format . but all i receive is a loud screeching sound . I have tried at least a dozen times with calls to the US and Australia but it does the same thing .My neighbours have also tried to help me , but got the same results as i have . could someone please help as i need to call my family , they are not on whats app , what is the problem with not been able to call .

Sounds like a problem with the TTFone.

Put your sim back in the Doro if you can to prove it.

Put my sim card into dora phone works pefect straight through, thanks . The TTFone is new can not unerstand why it does not work .
