Can anyone tell me how I can see my recent calls. There is a gap between the last recent call on my phone and the last call on the latest bill. The recent calls on my phone dont go back to my latest bill. Thank you

Thank you for your reply.

However, I am not looking for the calls listed on my last bill, I am looking for the calls after my last bill. I can see some of them on my phone in recent calls, but they are not all listed - presumably there is a maximum number of recent calls that the phone can hold.

Look at recent charges on the left side then click on calls.

On a PC

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.

Click on 'what I've used'

click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

Hi, I tried that too - but I have an unlimited minutes package and there are no charges - therefore the calls are not listed:(

They should all be listed regardless with a 0.00 cost.

Keep clicking through to the call list.

How difficult is that - you would never work it out on your own!!
