    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, I changed my plan to a pay monthly sim only deal on the Internet, I was offered an esim which I accepted, as soon as I'd accepted the deal my original sim turned off! I went to install the esim but it needs to send a code to my phone which is not working as the sim has been deactivated, so I can't receive the code. I'm just going round in circles. Can anyone help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
